Neonatal Resuscitation Program

CLASS HELD AT MELROSE WAKEFIELD HOSPITAL****The Neonatal Resuscitation Programâ„¢ is an educational program that introduces the concepts and basic skills of neonatal resuscitation. The Seventh Edition NRP Provider Manual has been designed to teach an evidence-based approach to resuscitation of the newborn. The causes, prevention, and management of mild to severe neonatal asphyxia are carefully explained so that health professionals may develop optimal knowledge and skill in resuscitation to be prepared for the megacode. Prerequisite: 7th Edition NRP on-line examination is required. You will receive your examination key after registration. Please register early for this program, as all staff will borrow a new 7th Edition NRP Provider Manual to study the contents and to complete the on-line exam prior to the program. At this time,HHS employees only can register.
