Advanced Cardiac Life Support - Instructor Course
This course offers the ACLS provider an overview of the skills required to teach ACLS courses to clinical staff. Emphasis is placed on the scientific rationale behind ACLS algorithms, principles of teaching and learning as well as airway management techniques. Copy of current BLS provider and ACLS provider certification must be mailed in prior to course. Students: A valid student ID must be presented prior to the first day of class to receive the student rate.
The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS, and PALS and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in any educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course material, do not represent income to the Association.
